How much is the shipping charge?

What is your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?

Bridal Shoes USA guarantees your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email us at rma@bridalshoesca.com   within 7 DAYs after you receive the order for an  EXCHANGE or RETURN request. The email request will be replied within 12 hours and the RMA number will be provided. Please note that our customer service angent CAN NOT process the exchange and return request over the phone, all the request MUST be submitted through email.ONE exchange per order ONLY, Once the shoes are exchanged, they CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Please ship the shoes back to our Canadian warehouse for Exchange or Return, your exchanged item will shipped or the refund for return order  will be issued once the shoes are returned.

Only ADULT SHOES can be RETURNED or EXCHANGED. Children's Shoes and accessories at Bridal Shoes Canada Store are FINAL - No exchange or return.

NO Restoking Fee for return of one pair of shoes or exchange, however 25% restocking will apply for the following conditions:

• 25% restocking fee applies on Returns of items in Clearance section.
• 25% restocking fee applies on Returns of 2 or more Shoes.
• Shoes Dying Fee and Rush Service Fee are not refundable.

Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Please package the item(s) securely in the original boxes complete with all tissue paper and swatches, and send it back to us. DO NOT TAPE THE BOX CLOSED, WRITE ON OR STICK ANYTHING TO THE BOX - As we are unable to resell and they will be returned to you. 

It is your duty as a consumer to take reasonable care of the goods until they arrive with us - including the original box. The goods should be in good condition - without being scuffed / worn in / damaged / creased / marked goods. We suggest you remain indoors and on carpet while trying shoes on. Damaged goods may affect your refund.

You will be reimbursed at the same day upon we receive the rerturned shoes, by the same payment method as they were originally purchased.

Bridesmaid Group Ordering Discount - 10% OFF

10% off on all bridesmaid group ordering if all the following terms are met:

• Minimum order: 3 items.  All the items must be in ONE order.
• Same style:  items can be different sizes and colour.
• Mminimum order 3 items per style.
• Same shipping address.

How can I place and pay my order?

All the order can be placed ONLY online or over our Toll Free number 1-888-866-4246. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and PayPal . Please do not send cash. Also, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

When you select credit card payment, you will be charged in Canadian Dollar, the actually amount charged on your card might be less or more deponds the exchage rate on that day.

Is it safe to use my credit card at Bridal Shoes Canada?

We do not store your credit card information on our system and all personal and credit card information you provide to bridal shoes canda is transferred over a secured and encrypted channel and restricted for internal office use only. How do you charge Sale Tax ?

We DO NOT charge any tax for our sale.

How soon I can receive my order?

For standard service, it takes 5 - 10 Business Days to receive your order. An email with tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Rush service is available for extra $10 (Not Refundable) and it can be delievered between 2 to 5 Business Days) Business days for shipping and delivery are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
